I'm headed out for a big ole 2 miles today b/c that is about all my hip can tolerate, the 1/2 6/25 will be walked for the most part as I should be at mile 9 in training...NOT...no pitty for walking my friend, 20 miles is 20 miles no matter how you get there! And it doesn't matter how fast or slow you go. 26.2 is a major accomplishment at any speed, and it's one that most people will never do.
